Eric and Amanda are the owners and founders of Backyard Oasis Pools and Construction. For 30 years, they have worked tirelessly to create not only a thriving business, but a tight knit community of pool owners, where each new customer becomes part of the Backyard Oasis Family. To this day, Eric is still on every job site and signs all contracts personally while Amanda handles all logistics, scheduling, and important behind the scenes work that makes our business go round. What a great team!

Oldest Son
Kaleb Nalley is Eric and Amanda’s oldest son. He has been in the swimming pool industry since birth and is such a valuable asset to our team. Kaleb works as a site foreman, diligently helping to guide crew members in the construction and completion of each job. Kaleb also works along side his younger brother, Hunter, as they offer pool maintenance and servicing. Kaleb is an innovative thinker, always coming up with new ideas and solutions to help make Backyard Oasis better!

Youngest Son
Hunter Nalley is Eric and Amanda’s youngest son. Like Kaleb, he has been in the swimming pool industry since birth. Hunter works as a site foreman and leads our service team along with Kaleb. Hunter is not afraid to get his hands dirty and takes pride in every aspect of his work. His care and attention to detail is unmatched, which helps Backyard Oasis to be set apart from every other pool business. Hunters craftsmanship is sure to capture the very essence of all of your Backyard Oasis hopes and dreams!
